When Gingie, a nervous and frightened boy came into our lives 3 years ago, we had no hesitation when it came to selecting a cattery. Over the last 10 years we have been handing our precious bundles over to Helen and her family at Cats On Vacation and they  have always been exceptionally well looked after and cared for even when they have had some very specific needs. Helen looked after our sadly departed old lady, Mrs Duck who at the age of 23 required daily medication and much mopping up after visits to her litter tray that were more miss than hit!! I would thoroughly recommend Cats On Vacation  to anyone looking for a cattery that goes the extra mile with the service they provide.

Having adopted a particularly nervous and timid rescue cat and being particularly nervous myself about putting her in a cattery, I had no idea where to start searching but just knew I wanted a local cattery. I was drawn to Cats on Vacation purely by its name, strangely; I just had this feeling that this would be the right one for my little girl. I got it spot on. Helen is wonderful. The first time we took Amy to stay with her, Helen went out of her way to reassure us that she would be fine. She is caring, has a lovely personal touch and clearly loves what she does. If you want your cats to have just as good break as you are having, then take them to Cats on Vacation.

Helen’s affection for all felines is plain to see. We have been using the cattery for a number of years and our cats always come home happy and well brushed. Sometimes we have trouble getting them out of the pens to come home as they enjoy the comfy beds and the heat lamps. Helen is very good at keeping on top of all the medication our cats require. We always go on holiday happy in the knowledge that the cats will be well cared for and that they will be enjoying their own holiday in Cats on Vacation.
